Effective Date: May 14, 2026
1. Booking Requests and Confirmed Appointments
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a final appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after Bluebonnet Detailing reviews the request and confirms the date, time, service details, and any required deposit or payment instructions.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to move your appointment to another available time, but availability is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible if you no longer need service. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation, travel, or scheduling fee when we have reserved time, declined other work, or already started traveling to the service location.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
If a deposit or prepayment is required, we will explain the amount and purpose before confirmation. Deposits may be applied toward the final service balance. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, inaccessible locations, or appointments cancelled after we have reserved the service slot.
5. No-Shows and Inaccessible Locations
A no-show may occur if we cannot access the vehicle, service address, workspace, water, electricity, gate, parking, or required instructions at the confirmed time. No-shows may be charged a fee or may result in forfeiture of a deposit.
6. Weather and Safety
Mobile detailing depends on safe working conditions. Weather, lightning, unsafe heat, restricted access, equipment issues, or other conditions outside our control may require rescheduling without penalty to either party.
7. Vehicle Condition or Scope Changes
If the vehicle condition, selected package, add-ons, address, access, or scope differs from the booking details, we may need to adjust timing, pricing, or availability. If the revised scope cannot be completed safely or reasonably, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment.
8. Relationship to Terms
This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless a written agreement says otherwise.
