Effective Date: May 14, 2026
Business: Bluebonnet Detailing, a mobile car detailing service serving Dallas, Texas and nearby areas.
By using our website, creating an account, submitting a booking request, approving service, or receiving service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book service.
1. Booking Requests Are Not Guaranteed Appointments
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a specific date, time, price, technician, or service availability. Your appointment is not final until we confirm it by text, phone, email, or another direct communication. We may accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel requests at our discretion, including because of weather, safety, service area, staffing, vehicle condition, access issues, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Customer Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to request service for the vehicle and location you provide. If you request service for a vehicle you do not own, you are responsible for obtaining permission from the owner or authorized user.
3. Customer Information and Account Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, address, and access information. You are responsible for keeping account login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Service Area and Site Requirements
Bluebonnet Detailing is mobile. You must provide a safe, legal, and accessible workspace with enough room around the vehicle, permission to perform detailing at the location, and access to water and electricity when needed. We may refuse or stop service if the location is unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, restricted by property rules, exposed to dangerous weather, or otherwise unsuitable.
5. Vehicle Condition and Personal Items
You are responsible for removing valuables, personal items, cash, documents, electronics, weapons, hazardous materials, child seats unless booked for cleaning, and fragile items before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle unless caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Please tell us about known defects, loose parts, leaks, failing trim, aftermarket modifications, electrical issues, warning lights, delicate materials, prior repairs, or other conditions that may affect service.
6. Pricing, Quotes, and Changes
Website prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final price may change after we inspect the vehicle or learn more about vehicle size, condition, stains, pet hair, odor, biohazard cleanup, excessive dirt, add-ons, access difficulty, or requested work. We will make reasonable efforts to discuss material price changes before work begins. Quote-required services are not final until we provide and you accept a quote.
7. Payment
Payment is due as communicated at booking, confirmation, completion, or invoice. We may require deposits, prepayment, card authorization, or payment before releasing the completed vehicle. Unpaid balances may result in cancelled future appointments, collection efforts, late fees where permitted, and recovery of reasonable costs of collection.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Conditions
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. We may charge a cancellation, rescheduling, travel, or no-show fee if you cancel late, are unavailable at the appointment time, provide an inaccessible address, fail to provide required access, or conditions prevent service after we arrive. Weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other events outside our control may require rescheduling without liability to us.
9. Service Results and Limitations
Detailing improves cleanliness and appearance but does not guarantee restoration to new condition. Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, etching, oxidation, mold, pet hair, sand, dye transfer, bio-contamination, embedded grime, or prior damage may not be fully removable. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, smells, allergens, bacteria, viruses, mold, hazardous substances, or defects. Results depend on vehicle age, materials, maintenance history, condition, and prior damage.
10. Damage, Pre-Existing Conditions, and Claims
Vehicles often have pre-existing wear, scratches, cracks, leaks, loose trim, weakened plastics, failing upholstery, peeling clear coat, damaged electronics, or hidden defects. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes visible during normal cleaning. You must report any claimed issue before we leave the service location when reasonably discoverable, or within 24 hours of service completion for issues not reasonably discoverable immediately. We may require photos, inspection, and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Our responsibility, if any, is limited as described in these Terms.
11. Biohazards, Excessive Soil, and Refusal of Service
We may refuse, stop, or re-quote service for biohazards or excessive conditions, including vomit, blood, urine, feces, mold, pests, sharp objects, drug residue, hazardous chemicals, strong contamination, unsafe odors, or conditions that create health or safety risks. Bio-cleaning is subject to separate pricing and limitations and is not a medical, remediation, or certified hazardous-material service.
12. Photos, Documentation, and Marketing
We may photograph or record the vehicle and work area before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, dispute resolution, training, marketing, and portfolio purposes. We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly show personal documents, faces, license plates, home interiors, or identifying information. Tell us before service begins if you do not want photos of your vehicle used for marketing.
13. Website, Accounts, and Admin Records
The website allows booking requests and account access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time. We may correct obvious errors, remove duplicate or mistaken records, restrict access, or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to our business or customers.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the website or services, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, scrape or copy the site, harass staff, request illegal services, leave hazardous materials in a vehicle without disclosure, or use our services in a way that violates law, property rules, or another person's rights.
15. No Warranties Except as Required by Law
The website and services are provided on an "as available" and "as performed" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bluebonnet Detailing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service appointment is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bluebonnet Detailing from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your inaccurate information, lack of authority, unsafe location, property-rule violations, undisclosed vehicle conditions, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.
18. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute proceeds in court, venue will be in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms going forward.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact methods available on our website or by replying to the communication channel you used to book service.
